Terms

These terms cover your subscription to Scotland Signals, provided by Elevate Studio Ltd. The service is for businesses and sole traders.

The service

We collect planning lists published by councils, sort and score them, and send you the leads that match your settings. Councils publish this information, not us: we take care to get it right but can't promise every list is complete or that every lead turns into work. Always check the council's own file before relying on a detail.

Plans, free periods and payment

• Plans are monthly. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added at the current rate.
• New subscribers get 14 days free. Founding members (the first 250) get 3 months free, then 50% off every month for as long as their subscription continues.
• We take a card at sign-up and charge it when the free period ends, then monthly. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• You can change plan at any time; the price changes from then, pro rata. Moving to a smaller plan may reduce your trades and areas.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, or until your free period ends. We don't refund part months.

Using the leads

• The leads are for your own business. Don't resell or republish them.
• Follow the law when you approach anyone about a job, including data-protection and marketing rules.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself (Pro plans include extra users).

Our liability

We're not liable for lost business or profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and law

We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms or your price (founding discounts don't change). These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
